Good location. Plenty of parking. Clean facility.

Cold. Thermostat malfunctioned constantly. Staff was aware of recurring problem but did not fix.

A cold motel room in Casper Wyoming in November is not acceptable. All the other nice things about the motel are irrelevant because of this major flaw. They are aware that their thermostats will not hold a reasonable temperature but ignore the discomfort of their guests. Unacceptable. ...read more

It was very warm and relaxing.

The bathroom was a little small and I'm pretty sure the shower drain was leaking.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was fast and very helpful. The restaurant and bar were great after a day of working. One thing that I noticed was the prices in the vending machines was great.

Quiet clean room.

When we arrived, it was karaoke night and the partyers of Caspar Wyoming had come for all the fun. There were several men who had been drinking and were making suggestive comments to the desk clerk. Unfortunately, she was very immodestly dressed and it became the focal point of their attention. It was uncomfortable to wait and wait for that situation to get resolved. Finally, another clerk arrived and (she) very professionally handled our check in.
